Neil Geerkens

Neil oversees operations and business development. He has spent his entire career in forestry covering a wide variety of roles from site supervisor and business analyst to log procurement and forest manager. In addition to his practical experience, Neil has a Bachelor of Forestry Science, a certificate in NZFEI Harvest Planning and a National Certificate in Forest Health.
Originally from the shaky city of Christchurch, Neil lived in Whangarei before making his way to Kerikeri in 2016.
Neil, his wife and son all love getting outdoors and in particular they enjoy sailing, mountain biking, skiing and travelling.
In the future Neil would like to cycle more of the great trails in NZ, sail over the horizon, kick back and relax and travel the world.
